Franklin C45 Paddle

The C45 paddle is constructed using a double thermoforming process designed to maximize the integrity of the paddle by enhancing the structure — not once, but twice — which increases the strength of the unibody design and helps to reduce vibration

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your address, pincode and phone number before placing the order — we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

2. Order processing

• Orders are processed within ⟨1–2⟩ business days of payment confirmation.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed after ⟨4:00 PM⟩ or on a Sunday/holiday are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

You can also track your order by logging into your account at ⟨pickleballstore.in/account⟩.

7. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries

• Our courier partners make up to ⟨3⟩ delivery attempts.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the given address.
• If delivery fails after all attempts, or the parcel is refused, the order is returned to us.
• For returned prepaid orders, we will refund the order value after deducting actual shipping and return charges. For COD orders, repeat failed deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

8. Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

• If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, torn or tampered with, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
• If you discover damage or a missing item after opening, contact us within ⟨48 hours⟩ of delivery at ⟨athletesparadisee@gmail.com⟩ with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging (all sides)
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video, if available

Claims raised after ⟨48 hours⟩ may not be accepted, as courier partners do not entertain late claims.

9. Incorrect address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, re-shipping charges will apply.

10. Order changes and cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch by contacting us at ⟨WhatsApp: +91 883 721 1921⟩.
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our ⟨Return & Refund Policy⟩ instead.

11. Bulk and club orders
